Terms of Service Statement

Section 2.1: Acceptance of Terms

By using the Mateable service ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

  1. Agreement

    5. Repeated Violations: Repeated or severe violations of these Terms of Service may result in immediate termination or suspension of your account without prior warning.
  2. Consequences of Termination
    1. Account Closure: Upon termination or suspension of your account, you will no longer have access to the Service, including any content or data associated with your account.

  3. No Warranty of Availability or Compatibility

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mateable, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
    2. Cap on Liability: In no event shall Mateable's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (U.S. $100.00) or the amount you paid Mateable, if any, in the past six months for the services giving rise to the claim.

    1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
